Singing
& Choir – open to all ages. Song
choice will depend on age of participants. Min 4 participants to run
workshop. No experience needed to join this workshop.

Rhythm
& Beats – Ever wonder what a drummer
would do without a drum kit? Using all types of percussion instruments
(including some wacky ones too), this workshop introduces percussion,
beats and arrangements for a percussionist / drummer without the use of a
drum kit. Hear the beat ….. feel the beat….. play the beat. Min 4
participants to run the workshop. If you have drumsticks bring your
drumsticks, otherwise no other requirements. Open to all ages and levels
of ability from beginner to advanced levels.

Drama
– Introduction to drama & acting. Min 4 to 5 participants to run
workshop. Open to all ages. No experience needed to join workshop.

Songwriting
– For the beginner to intermediate. Workshop will be programmed to suit
the level of the participants. Minimum 4 to run workshop.

Acoustic
Band – Learn a song in a band situation
incorporating instruments such as guitar, bass, mandolin, conga drum,
percussion & voice. You will need to have a basic knowedge of open
chords and be able to change chords freely. Opportunity to record a song
at the conclusion of the workshops. Minimum 4 to run workshop.

Bluegrass
– Introduction to bluegrass music style incorporating guitar, double
bass, mandolin, banjo, violin. Minimum 4 to run the workshop.

Violin
/ Keyboard – Introduction to violin or
keyboard for the beginner. Program set depending on participants. No
experience necessary for either instrument, so now is your chance to come
and explore a new instrument if you would like to try it.

Ukulele
– Beginner’s course in ukulele. Ages 4 to
adult. No experience needed.
·
Beginner
Guitar – Instruments available at the
workshop if you don’t have your own guitar. This is a good opportunity
for the beginner to come along and see if they like playing guitar. Open
to all ages 7 years and over. No experience needed. Min 4 to run.
